1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS POLICY

At Mandi Bazaar, we are committed to providing the freshest possible fruits and vegetables at the most competitive market price. Our entire business model is built on high turnover of extremely fresh, hand-selected produce sold at a low margin.

Therefore, please note the following strict policy:

• No Returns: Due to the perishable nature and sensitivity of fresh produce, we do not accept returns on any fruits or vegetables once they have left the store or been delivered.

• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, selection error (wrong size, quantity, or type selected), or dissatisfaction with the taste/flavor of a naturally occurring product. All sales are final.

This policy is in place because, once returned, perishable goods cannot be resold for health, safety, and quality control reasons, which would undermine our commitment to keeping prices cheaper than the wider market.
